Junior Content Creator - Nicosia

Our client, a full-service boutique communication agency, that creates effective and engaging campaigns, handles social media accounts, develops PR plans and delivers unforgettable events, is looking to hire a passionate Junior Content Creator to join their amazing team!

  • The candidate will be handling specific customer accounts that will be allocated to him/her. 
  • The candidate’s primary responsibility will be to implement the marketing strategy of each client by creating, monitoring and managing content and campaigns for the clients. 
  • The role includes a multichannel approach as the candidate will work with a variety of digital tools, such as Ads Manager, Meta Business Suites, Email Marketing Platforms and Google Analytics on a daily basis.
  • He/she will also provide consultation and guidance to the clients, aiming to further expand and develop their business and revenues, while ensuring increased customer satisfaction levels and business growth for clients.
  • Bachelor degree in Marketing, Advertising, Public Relations, Digital Marketing or any other relevant degree.
  • 1 year of experience in digital marketing related positions and/or e-business, business consulting, marketing, advertising.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Greek and English.
  • Excellent knowledge of social communities on platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube and LinkedIn.
  • Familiar with Paid Media platforms and programmatic advertising, including Ads Manager, Meta Business Suites, Google, LinkedIn and Twitter for paid promotion, targeting, and measurement.
  • Established sense of duty and ownership.
  • Proficiency in Excel & PowerPoint & Outlook.
  • Analytical thinking and capability to understand business requirements.
  • Ability to translate business indicators into actionable strategies.
  • Full EU Driving license and car.

Executive Assistant - Nicosia

Key responsibilities and not limited to include:

  • Manage emails
  • Manage the call center
  • Prepare and archive company’s contracts
  • Set up meetings
  • Issue invoices and receipts
  • Organize payments and manage the office’s and director’s weekly calendar. 
  • Prepare lists and drafting of statements, executive PR actions including travel & accommodation booking. 
  • Organize events, meetings, and conferences. This includes coordinating logistics, sending invitations, and ensuring everything runs smoothly before and sometimes also during the event.
  • Take care of errands, (some examples include regular visits to the post office/courier services, dropping off of packages and invitations, scheduling personal appointments, office shopping, visits to the dry cleaners etc).  
  • Excellent performance in Microsoft Office including Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of Greek and English.

Personal Assistant to the Director - Paphos

Our client, a leading Development and Construction company, is looking to recruit an experienced Personal Assistant to act as the right hand to the Director. The successful candidate will perform secretarial and administrative duties. A considerable amount of the work is confidential and involves a high level of coordination and accuracy.

Act as the Director’s first point of contact, deal with correspondence and phone calls

· Manage the Director’s diary, organise meetings and appointments and control access to the Director
· Remind the Director of important tasks and deadlines
· Type, compile and prepare reports, presentations and correspondence
· Manage databases and filing systems
· Implement and maintain procedures/administrative systems
· Liaise with staff, associates and clients
· Carry out background research for enquiries and requests before bringing them to the Director’s attention for decisions/approval
· Draft agendas for meetings, take minutes, follow up on actions agreed
· Organize business trips for the Director
· Carry out specific projects and research upon request
· In a nutshell, free the Director’s time so that they can spend maximum time focusing on strategic initiatives
 

· Secretarial Studies or a Business Administration related degree
· Minimum 5 years work experience in a similar position
· Fluency in Greek and English – both written and oral
· Excellent Computer Skills
· Discretion and trustworthiness
· Flexibility and adaptability
· Good oral and written communication skills
· The ability to be proactive and to take initiatives

Junior Civil Engineer Paphos

We are seeking to recruit a Junior Civil Engineer, based in Paphos, for one of our clients in Cyprus.  Our client is a leading and most respected property developer, dedicated to bringing world-class residential properties to the market. As they continue building an even stronger foundation, they seek to recruit employees who can make a difference to our future and to the future of property in Cyprus.

  • Monitoring of the procedure involved in the issuance of construction drawings and generally all the technical documentation of the projects.
  • Ensuring that all the construction documentation is prepared and issued on time.
  • Distribution of the construction drawings to site engineers, contractors and sub-contractors.
  • Administration of the official project archive of drawings and other construction documentation.
  • Monitoring of the planning and building permit issuance, liaising with authorities, administration of the planning and building permit archive
  • Preparation of site instructions for the Project Manager
  • Monitoring with the Customer Care officer of the client – alterations or additions, until the issuance of the necessary documents to the construction team.
  • Liaising with EAC and other authorities on the progress of applications
  • University Degree in Civil Engineering
  • Fluent in both Greek and English languages – both written and oral
  • Excellent Computer Skills, MS Office, Internet and Outlook Express, Excel, Autocad
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and successfully deliver under pressure
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
